1) Non-compliance with Covid-19 procedures

2) Failure to comply with laws and regulations

3) Harassment or un-ethic behaviour with Covid-19 matters

4) Lack of confidentiality related to Covid-19 matters

5) Improvement proposal for the existing Covid-19 procedures.

The anonymous system is meant to protect genuine whistleblowers from any unfair treatment as a result of their report. Denis Group encourages employees and outside parties to put their names to their allegations whenever possible.
